Most of our work comes from someone telling a neighbor about us. Savvy Circle is how we say thank you for that. Free to join, nothing to track, and the credit is real money off your next visit.
How it works
There is no app, no code to remember and no sign-up form to fill in. If you have had us out, you are already in the Circle.
- Tell a neighbor. Someone mentions their AC is struggling. Give them our number, or tell us to call them.
- They book a visit. When they call, they mention your name. That is the whole mechanism.
- You both get credit. They get money off their first visit, and the same lands on your account for next time.
What each of you gets
The person you send us gets a discount on their first repair or tune-up. You get an equal credit against your next call, whether that is a tune-up next spring or a repair in the middle of August.
Credit stacks. Send us three neighbors over a summer and it is very possible your next repair costs you nothing. There is no cap and no expiry date, because a credit that quietly expires is exactly the kind of thing we built this company to avoid.
Why we do it this way
We do not spend much on advertising. We would rather put that money toward the people who already trust us enough to put their own name behind us. A referral from a neighbor carries more weight than any ad we could buy, and it costs us less, so it is fair that some of that saving goes back to you.
It also keeps us honest. Nobody refers a company that talked them into a system they did not need. The Circle only works if we keep doing the job properly, which is the point.
The fine print, in plain English
- Credit applies to labor on a future visit. It is not cash and we cannot pay it out.
- The person you refer needs to be a new customer at a different address.
- Credit lands once their visit is complete and paid.
- You can refer as many people as you like. We are not going to cap it.
- Commercial and residential both count.
