Why maintenance matters more here

An air conditioner in Phoenix does not get an easy year. Months of 110-plus days, sun on the condenser with nothing shading it, dust that packs itself into the coil, and a monsoon season that finds every weak seal. Equipment that would comfortably last fifteen years somewhere milder gets worked a great deal harder here.

Almost every no-cool emergency we get called to was preventable. A capacitor on its way out, a contactor pitting, a coil so clogged the compressor is straining every cycle. None of those announce themselves. All of them are cheap to catch and expensive to ignore.

What a tune-up actually involves

Not a fifteen minute look and a sticker on the unit. We clean the condenser coil properly, check refrigerant charge against the manufacturer spec rather than guessing, test capacitors and contactors under load, clear the condensate drain, check the blower and airflow, and tighten electrical connections. Then we show you photographs of what we found, the same as on any other visit.

If we find something, you get the options and the real cost before anything happens. Being on a plan does not mean we start finding work that is not there. Our techs are still not paid commission.

What being a member actually changes

When it is 115 degrees and the phone is ringing off the hook, members go up the list. That is the benefit that matters most and it is the one people notice. The trip fee disappearing on every visit and the discount on repairs are real money, but the priority is the thing you will be grateful for in August.

Plans are per system and you can cancel any time. We are not going to lock you into a term or make you ring three times to get out of it.
