What we do not work on is applied equipment, meaning chillers, cooling towers and water-sourced systems. If that is what is on your building we will tell you straight away rather than waste your time.
We hold room in the schedule for no-cool calls and commercial downtime gets weighed accordingly. Call or text and we will tell you honestly when we can be there. If we cannot get to you fast enough to be useful, we would rather say so up front.
Yes. Tell us how many units are on the roof and how the building runs, and we will put together a schedule and a proposal that fits it. Most of the commercial emergencies we get called to were preventable, so on a tight budget this is usually the best money you can spend.
